Formed in 1996, this four-piece rock band consists of Masafumi Goto (vocals and guitar), Kensuke Kita (guitar and vocals), Takahiro Yamada (bass and vocals), and Kiyoshi Ijichi (drums). They made their major debut in 2003 with "Fragments of the Future." That same year, they launched the rock festival "NANO-MUGEN FES." at Shinjuku LOFT, and in 2004 they expanded to include international artists and venues such as Nippon Budokan and Yokohama Arena. In 2016, the band celebrated their 20th anniversary, garnering attention with the release of a re-recording of their biggest hit, "Sol-Fa." The band will celebrate their 20th anniversary of their major debut in 2023, and the following year will release their first single collection. Comprising 33 songs, including a re-recording of their signature song, "Haruka Kanata," this work is packed with the band's history. In May 2025, they will release their 32nd single, "MAKUAKE / Little Lennon (Born in 1976 ver.)." That same year, they will hold their first "NANO-MUGEN FES" in 11 years at K-Arena Yokohama. Next year, 2026, will mark the 30th anniversary of the band's formation. Goto's realistic portrayal of frustration, overwhelming emotion that transforms even despair into driving force, and their more than just momentum, "rock in Japanese" have led the scene, garnering tremendous support across generations.
