• Q Can I enter the Market Area for free?

  Yes, the Market Area is open to all visitors free of charge, even without a ticket.

• Q Can I bring an umbrella on a rainy day?

  Umbrellas are not permitted inside the paid area or at any of the stage areas. Please note that there is no cloakroom, so please take care of your own rain gear.

• Q Can I use leisure sheets, chairs, or tarps?

  Leisure sheets, chairs, tarps, parasols, and similar items are not allowed inside the venue. Please kindly share the benches and other seating provided on site.

• Q Are there any items that are not allowed?

  Tents, glass bottles, cooler boxes, fireworks, firecrackers, and other hazardous items are not permitted. In addition, items that may disturb other guests, such as selfie sticks, penlights, and laser pointers, are also prohibited.

• Q Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

  Bringing food and drinks into the venue is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

• Q I lost my ticket. Can it be reissued?

  Tickets are treated the same as cash and cannot be reissued under any circumstances, even if you have proof of purchase (such as a receipt, issuance slip, or other purchased tickets). Please take good care of your ticket until the day of the event.

• Q I can no longer attend the concert. Can I get a refund?

  Tickets cannot be refunded, canceled, or changed after purchase under any circumstances.

• Q Can I leave the venue after entering?

  Yes. By showing the wristband you receive in exchange for your ticket at entry, you may freely leave and re-enter the venue during the event hours. Please note that wristbands are valid only for the date and venue printed on your ticket. Do not remove your wristband until all performances for your purchased ticket have ended.

• Q I would like to come with my child. Up to what age is admission free?

  Children under elementary school age may enter free of charge when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests from elementary school age up to 18 years old must purchase an UNDER 18 ticket. Please note that the organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for any accidents, incidents, or injuries that may occur outside the venue. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children.

• Q Can I record or take photos of the live performances?

  Recording or photography of performing artists using cameras, camera phones, video cameras, tape recorders, or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited. If such actions are discovered, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. Please note that legal action may also be taken.

• Q I accidentally removed (cut) my wristband. What should I do?

  Wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances in the event of damage or loss. Guests without a wristband will not be permitted to enter, so please handle it with care and do not remove it until the festival has ended. Any attempt at unauthorized entry will result in immediate removal from the venue, regardless of the reason. In such cases, you may be handed over to the police and legal action may be taken.

• Q Is there parking at the venue?

  There are public parking lots around the venue, but spaces are limited. We kindly ask that you use public transportation whenever possible.

• Q What happens if I stage dive and injure someone?

  Stage diving and moshing are strictly prohibited as they are extremely dangerous. While the organizer will make every effort to prevent such behavior, please note that the organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for any accidents, incidents, or injuries resulting from stage diving, moshing, or similar acts. Any issues must be resolved directly between the parties involved, and the organizer will not take part in such discussions or dispute resolution.

• Q What if I damage facilities or plants around the venue?

  The venue is a public park visited by many tourists. Please respect the rules and refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to nearby facilities or people, such as jumping into the sea, damaging the lawn or plants around the venue, or gathering outside the venue for drinking parties or dancing.

• Q Can I smoke inside the venue?

  Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. This includes electronic cigarettes (such as iQOS). Please use the designated smoking areas.

• Q Is there a place to leave a stroller?

  Yes. A designated stroller area is available inside the paid area. Please ask the staff for the location. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables.

• Q Can I leave my belongings at the venue?

  There is no cloakroom inside the venue. Please use coin lockers or other facilities located nearby.

• Q Can I bring my pet?

  Pets are not allowed inside the venue. However, guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.

• Q What should I do if I feel unwell inside the venue?

  Please go to the first aid area inside the venue or ask the nearest staff member for assistance. We kindly ask that you check the location of the first aid area in advance on the official website, on the timetable distributed at entry, or on the signs inside the venue.

• Q What should I do if I lose or forget something at the venue?

  Please check with the information booth inside the venue to see if your item has been turned in. After the festival, please contact the LOCAL GREEN FESTIVAL office for inquiries.

• Q 車イスでの入場は可能ですか？

  車イスでのご入場は可能です。各ステージにプライオリティエリアを設けております。詳しくは当日お近くのスタッフまでお声がけください。同伴者がいらっしゃる場合は、同伴者の方もお一人様につき１枚のチケットが必要となりますので、予めご了承ください。
